Success Trains, Failure Complains

If you want to be successful, you’ve got to be willing to put in the work. And while we have all heard "work smarter not harder", it’s worth noting that the successful ones are known for putting their noses to the grindstones and becoming serious workaholics. "Success Trains, Failure Complains"
What does it take to become successful? Magazines are stuffed full of photos of amazing looking physiques. More often than not these images belong to people who make a living off of how their physiques look, a lot are members of the IFBB - the International Federation of Bodybuilders. They are the very best of the best. It takes a lot to become successful in the field of any “physique” competition. Whether it’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Women’s Physique , Figure, Fitness or Bikini it takes a tremendous amount of dedication to look the way they do.
You will need to have certain things in place to become a successful competitor in the NPC (National Physique Committee) or the IFBB. Starting with Diet and Nutrition. This is crucial to changing your physique. Planning your meals in advance and always being prepared is imperative. If you travel, Six Pack Bags and Fitmark Bags have some great lunch systems to help you stay on track. There are also a lot of companies out there that will actually cook, prepare and deliver your meals to you if you are unsure of how to prepare your foods or just short on time.
A good bodybuilding training plan doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be well thought out. If you don’t know how to structure a workout to build a symmetric physique… hire a trainer to work with you. As a matter of fact I would highly recommend it. Many, if not most of the most successful people in the field of body building have trainers.
Mindset: This in my opinion is the hardest part of being a successful athlete. Without mental discipline you will never be able to reach your goals as an athlete. It takes commitment, drive, determination, discipline, focus, attitude, and mindset. If you don’t have these, you will never succeed.
